1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • All major cities and towns across India.

  • Select international destinations (Please contact us before placing international orders).

2. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999 within India.

  • A standard shipping fee of ₹79 will apply to orders below ₹999.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available at an additional fee of ₹49.

  • International shipping charges vary based on destination and weight.

3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Regions: 4–7 business days

  • Remote or Rural Areas: Up to 10 business days

  • International Orders: 10–15 business days depending on the location

Please note: Delivery times may vary during festive seasons or due to unforeseen logistical issues.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor the status of your shipment.

6. Delays & Delivery Issues

ThreadStyle is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout

  • Natural calamities, government restrictions, or other uncontrollable circumstances

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@threadstyle.co.in with your order ID.

7. Packaging

We ensure secure and eco-friendly packaging for all our products. If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 48 hours with images of the package and product.

8. International Shipping (if applicable)

  • Duties and taxes (if applicable) are to be borne by the customer.

  • Delivery timelines and policies may vary based on destination country regulations.
