At ThreadStyle, we want you to love what you wear. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns and exchanges on the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
- Items marked as "Final Sale", "Clearance", or "Non-returnable" are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Accessories, innerwear, and custom-size orders are non-returnable due to hygiene and customization concerns.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return or exchange:
- Email us at support@threadstyle.co.in within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Include your Order ID, the reason for return, and photos (if the product is damaged or incorrect).
- Our support team will respond with return instructions within 24–48 business hours.
3. Return Pickup & Shipping
- We offer free reverse pickup in most major cities in India.
- If your area is not serviceable for reverse pickup, you may need to self-ship the product to us. In such cases, a shipping reimbursement of up to ₹100 may be offered (with proof of shipping cost).
4. Refund Options
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you can choose from:
- Store Credit: Issued as a gift card/code for the full value of your return.
- Bank Refund: Refunds to your original payment method (only for prepaid orders).
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after quality check.
- For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI, after we receive your bank details.
5. Exchanges
- Want a different size or style? We’re happy to help!
- Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.
- If the item is not available, you’ll be offered a refund or store credit.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Products
Received a wrong or defective item? We’re truly sorry. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos at support@threadstyle.co.in. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund as per your preference.
7. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before they are shipped, whichever comes first.
- Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
